Crock Pot Stew




Crock Pot Stew
One 2-3 Lb. beef roast
2 cans of baby carrots, drained
3 cans of sliced potatoes, drained
1/2 bottle of Worcestershire sauce
Liquid Heat (to taste)
Salt & Pepper (to taste)

Combine all ingredients, and completely cover them with water. Cook on low for 10 hours, medium for 8 hours, or high for 4-6 hours. Serve!
