One-Pot Primavera Pastas
2 cups uncooked bite-sized pasta
1 chopped tomato
Salt
Freshly ground pepper

Vegetable Options:
-1 cup each baby spinach leaves and cherry tomato halves
-1 cup each thinly sliced carrots and green pepper
-1 cup each thinly sliced mushrooms and grated zucchini
-1 cup thinly sliced red pepper and 1/2 cup chopped green onions

Kraft Dressing Choices:
Roasted Red Pepper Italian with Parmesan
Three Cheese Ranch
Light Ranch Reduced Fat
Three Cheese Italian

Kraft Cheese Possibilities:
Athenos Traditional Crumbled Feta
Shredded Parmesan
Shredded Cheddar
Shredded Mozzarella

Cook the pasta as directed on the package, and drain.

Toss the hot pasta with the chopped tomato, 1/4 cup dressing, and 3/4 cup of cheese. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.

Spoon the mix evenly onto 4 plates, and sprinkle each with an additional 1 Tbs. of cheese. Enjoy!

Note: I like to add chicken into it, too. I use 2-3 chicken breasts, cut it up into bite-sized pieces, and sauté it in extra-virgin olive oil, salt and pepper, and toss it with all the other ingredients.
