Creek Bottom Taters
Potatoes, sliced
Cabbage, shredded
Butter
Bacon
Carrots, sliced
Onions, sliced
Cream of Mushroom Soup
Salt & Pepper

Using 2 large sheets of aluminum foil, make a large bag to hold the ingredients. Place a layer of potatoes, a layer of onions, a layer of carrots, a layer of cabbage, and several slices of bacon. Spoon several big spoons of the cream of mushroom soup over the layers, along with several tablespoons of butter. Add salt and pepper to taste. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients. Seal the aluminum foil bag and place on a medium-high grill (or bake at 400 degrees) for about 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
