Creamy Chicken Lasagna
2 chicken breasts, boiled & shredded
6 lasagna noodles, cooked
1/4 cup hot water
8 oz cream cheese, softened
4 cups Mozzarella cheese
2 jars marinara sauce
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Dissolve bouillon cube in hot water. In a large bowl, mix the chicken with bouillon, softened cream cheese, and 1 cup cheese.
Spread 1/3 cup of spaghetti sauce in the bottom of a 9x13" baking dish. Cover with the chicken mixture, sprinkle a layer of cheese, and top with 3 noodles. Top with marinara, chicken mixture, cheese, and pasta. Repeat layers. Top remaining pasta layer with sauce, and sprinkle with any remaining mozzarella cheese.
Bake 45 minutes, or until cooked through. Serve.
