Tuna Casserole
1 box of rigatoni, cooked (I cook mine with a bit of salt and some olive oil or EVOO to give extra oomph to my pasta)
2 cans of tuna in water, drained
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can of milk (I fill the mushroom can half way)
1 small can of mushrooms
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Onion powder, to taste
1 bag of shredded cheddar cheese
Mix the pasta, tuna, mushroom soup, mushrooms, milk, seasonings, and half the bag of cheddar in the pot you used to cook the pasta. When everything is thoroughly mixed, put into a casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes, and cover with the rest of the cheddar cheese, and cook for another 5 minutes. Serve!
